About the Course

This 8-week hip and coordination exercise program focuses on improving hip strength, flexibility, and overall coordination while promoting weight loss. The exercises are designed to enhance balance and mobility. Participants will also receive a PDF that explains various diet types, including low-carb, anti-inflammatory, and Mediterranean diets, to support weight loss and optimise overall health and fitness. Additionally Breathwork techniques will be included to help with the improvement of pain, calmness, anxiety, depression, respiration and much more. Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It can include deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and other techniques.

Hey there! I'm Monique, your fitness coach and guide on this transformation journey. I've faced my own fitness challenges and triumphed, diagnosed with a Chronic disease condition at 17. I have worked through my condition and still learning to manoeuvre as those with chronic disease conditions will always have to. However, now a qualified Chronic Disease Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates/Yoga Instructor I'm excited to share my expertise with you.
