About the Course

This 8-week chair exercise program is designed for those seeking a low-impact, effective workout to improve strength, flexibility, and promote weight loss. The exercises can be done from a seated position, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Participants will also receive a PDF that explains various diets, including anti-inflammatory and low-carb options, to support weight loss and overall health. Additionally Breathwork techniques will be included to help with the improvement of pain, calmness, anxiety, depression, respiration and much more. Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It can include deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and other techniques.

Hey there! I'm Monique, your fitness coach and guide on this transformation journey. I've faced my own fitness challenges and triumphed, diagnosed with a Chronic disease condition at 17. I have worked through my condition and still learning to manoeuvre as those with chronic disease conditions will always have to. However, now a qualified Chronic Disease Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates/Yoga Instructor I'm excited to share my expertise with you.
