About the Course
This 8-week resistance band exercise program focuses on building strength, increasing muscle tone, and promoting weight loss. The low-impact exercises are designed to improve mobility and endurance while targeting key muscle groups. Participants will also receive a PDF that covers different diets, such as low-carb, Mediterranean, and anti-inflammatory, to complement their fitness goals and enhance overall health. Additionally Breathwork techniques will be included to help with the improvement of pain, calmness, anxiety, depression, respiration and much more. Breathwork is a practice that involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It can include deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and other techniques.

Hey there! I'm Monique, your fitness coach and guide on this transformation journey. I've faced my own fitness challenges and triumphed, diagnosed with a Chronic disease condition at 17. I have worked through my condition and still learning to manoeuvre as those with chronic disease conditions will always have to. However, now a qualified Chronic Disease Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates/Yoga Instructor I'm excited to share my expertise with you.
